Our Refresh services include Trench Refresh, Leather Refresh, Cashmere Refresh, Sneaker Refresh and Canvas Cleaning. Please see the relevant section below for the specific terms which apply to each of our Refresh services. Please note that our Refresh services are available in selected stores only.
During your Refresh service appointment, our in-store Client Advisor will assess the suitability of your product for the service. The Client Advisor will have discretion in deciding whether your product is eligible for the relevant service. Please note, it may not always be possible to remove all stains.
Any repairs required will incur an additional cost, which will be notified to you prior to carrying out any repair. For further information, please visit our Repairs page here.
For chargeable services, the Client Advisor will confirm the cost of the service after completing an assessment of your product, prior to us carrying out the refresh. You may cancel the service at any time prior to the commencement of the refresh.
During your appointment, our in-store Client Advisor will inform you of the date your refreshed product will be ready for collection. We will contact you when your item is ready for collection, and you must collect your item within six months from that date.

Trench Refresh
Our Trench Refresh service includes a professional garment refresh and a reproofing treatment to help maintain the water-resistant characteristics of your trench coat. As part of our Trench Refresh service, we also assess your trench coat to identify any repairs or replacement parts required. Any repairs or replacement parts will incur an additional cost, which will be notified to you prior to carrying out any repair or replacement.

This service is available to customers who have purchased a trench coat from Burberry or an authorised distributor of Burberry.

Leather Refresh
Our Leather Refresh service will help restore the leather of your handbag and small leather goods with a professional clean, after which a specialist cream is applied to help protect against dirt and oil and improve richness and texture.
Is my handbag or other small leather good suitable for this service?
This service is available to customers who have purchased a leather handbag or small leather good (wallets, card holders and belts) from Burberry or an authorised distributor of Burberry.
Proof of purchase is required.
Please note any products which have components made from exotics, nubuck, suede, velvet or patent leather are not eligible for our Leather Refresh service.

No, this is a complimentary service.
Cashmere Refresh
Our Cashmere Refresh service will help refresh your cashmere garment using a professional brush or tool to gently remove pilling, steam to restore shape and finish and mist to freshen and preserve whilst removing odour.
Is my garment suitable for this service?
This service is available to customers who have purchased a cashmere garment from Burberry or an authorised distributor of Burberry*.
Proof of purchase is required.

Sneaker Refresh
Our Sneaker Refresh service helps refresh your sneakers with a professional deep clean of both the outside and inside of your sneakers, complete with sanitisation.
Are my sneakers suitable for this service?
This service is available to customers who have purchased sneakers from Burberry or an authorised distributor of Burberry.
Proof of purchase is required.
Is there a cost for this service?
Yes, this is a chargeable service. The cost will be confirmed after your product has been assessed in store.
Canvas Cleaning
Our Canvas Cleaning service will clean and remove stains from your canvas bag without compromising the quality, ensuring the bag continues to look its best. It also includes cleaning the inside of the bag and polishing any hardware.
Please note it may not be possible to remove all stains.

This service is available to customers who have purchased a canvas bag from Burberry or an authorised distributor of Burberry.

Reproofing
Our Reproofing service uses a reproofing treatment to help maintain the signature water-resistant characteristics of your trench coat. Please note that our Reproofing services are available in selected stores only.

This service is available to customers who have purchased a trench coat from Burberry or an authorised distributor of Burberry.

All repairs are carried out by a team of experts at our service centres. Prior to commencing the repairs, your product will undergo a further inspection, after which we will confirm the cost of the required repairs. If, following the further inspection, the cost differs from the estimated cost provided to you during your appointment, we will inform you prior to carrying out any repairs.
You may cancel the service at any time prior to the commencement of any repairs.

Our Clothing and Rainwear Repair service includes minor repairs of damage caused by ordinary wear and tear of rainwear and other clothing.

Our Cashmere Upcycle service includes minor repairs to damage caused by ordinary wear and tear only, such as minor holes, damage, stains and loss of pile.

Shoe Repair
Our Shoe Repair service includes minor repairs of damage caused by ordinary wear and tear to your leather footwear.

This service is available to customers who have purchased leather footwear from Burberry or an authorised distributor of Burberry.

Alterations
Our Alterations service includes a range of minor alterations, described below. Please note that our Alterations services are available in selected stores only.
Is my product suitable for this service?
This service is available to customers who have purchased rainwear or other clothing from Burberry or an authorised distributor of Burberry. Proof of purchase is required.
For alterations, our in-store Client Advisor will assess the suitability of your product for the service during your appointment and they will have discretion in deciding whether your product is eligible for the service.
What is included in this service?
Our Alterations service includes basic alterations such as taking in or letting out garments, hemming and shortening or lengthening sleeves. Please contact our Customer Service team for more information on the range of alterations available as part of this service.
Please note this service does not include any alterations which would alter the integrity or original design of the product.

This is a chargeable service*.
Our in-store Client Advisor will confirm the cost of the alterations after completing an assessment of your product, prior to commencing any alterations. You may cancel the service at any time prior to the commencement of the alteration.
*This service is complimentary for any full-priced rainwear and clothing purchased within three months of the relevant appointment. Proof of purchase is required.
